With over 2 decades of experience working with Surf Life Saving Clubs, we are specialists in ensuring your club is geared up with all your club mandatory gear as well as your apparel and swimwear. We can supply your club's competition skull caps, as well as your age group skull caps for nippers. Made with our extra life lycra that is stretchy but with added durability. We fully sublimate any design or colour - this process ensures a mroe colour fast option than typical dip dyed lyrcas.

Indicative pricing is based on 50-99 units made custom for your club. Get in touch with us to chat about specific pricing based on your needs. MOQ is 50 units for skull caps.

Not sure what size you are? It's very important to us that you get in the right size. No one wins if you end up with something too big or too small. Here is a helpful size chart for you. All measurements are in centimetres (cm) or kilograms (kg) unless specified. Unisex sizing is based on men's sizing where a garment is designated as Unisex.

We strongly recommend club's get samples as items are custom made so cannot be returned or refunded if you got the wrong size. We can facilitate exchanges if we host a club room, only if the item you wish to exchange is in stock.

Lead time for custom sublimated items is 6-8 weeks. Lead time is calculated from when the Production Order is approved and Invoice paid.

This garment is a fully sublimated garment.

Sublimation printing is a digital printing process whereby special sublimation ready papers are printed with a graphic or design and then transferred to Polyester fabrics through a heat press.

There is no limits on colours, logos or design, and the cost includes unlimited colours, logos and designs. There is no extra cost for extra logos, it is a flat fee.

The end result of the sublimation process is a nearly permanent, high resolution, full color print. Because the dyes are infused into the substrate at the molecular level, rather than applied at a topical level (such as with screen printing and direct to garment printing), the prints will not crack, fade or peel from the substrate under normal conditions. Recommended uses: Swimwear, Sportswear, Tracksuits and more. Cannot be used on cotton garments.
